Endüstriyel dikiş ve nakış ipliklerinin önde gelen üreticilerinden Durak Tekstil, 21-24 Haziran tarihleri arasında Frankfurt’ta düzenlenecek Texprocess 2022 tekstil işleme ve esnek malzemeler fuarına katılıyor. Salon 8.0 Stant G60’da ziyaretçilerini ağırlayacak olan Durak Tekstil, yeni ve pazarda çok satan ipliklerini sergileyecek. Durak Tekstil’in küresel tekstil endüstrisinin yakından takip ettiği fuardaki 30 m2’lik standı, görsellerle canlı bir iş alanına dönüşürken, aynı zamanda sürdürülebilirlik konseptini de öne çıkaracak. Yüksek mukavemetli dikiş ve nakış iplikleri, anti-statik, su itici, geç tutuşur, UV korumalı, kesilmeye dayanıklı safe grubu iplikler, teknik iplikler ve %100 geri dönüştürülmüş ham madde kullanılarak üretilen recycled polyester iplikler fuarda sergilenecek ürünler arasında yer alıyor. Fuarda ayrıca sürpriz çözümlere de yer vereceklerini söyleyen Durak Tekstil Yönetim Kurulu Üyesi ve Pazarlama Direktörü Yiğit Durak; “Texprocess, her yıl ciromuzun %10’u kadar yatırım yaptığımız AR-GE departmanımızın gücünü göstermek ve yenilikleri sunmak için, her zamanki gibi doğru adres olacak” dedi. Uzun dönemdir Texprocess fuarına düzenli olarak katıldıklarını hatırlatan Durak, en son pandemi öncesinde gerçekleşen Texprocess 2019 fuarında yer aldıklarına değindi. Durak sözlerini şöyle sürdürdü; “Tekstil ve benzeri esnek malzemelerin işlendiği teknolojilerin ve çözümlerin sergilendiği bir fuar olarak Texprocess bizler için büyük bir öneme sahip. Fuarda birçok farklı sektörden üreticiler ve alıcılar bir araya geliyor ve önemli bir iş hacmi oluşuyor. Üretim gücümüzü pazarlama gücümüzle artırmak için bu fuarın bir katılımcısı olmaya devam edeceğiz.”
Durak Tekstil’in teknik ve recycled iplikleri fuarda öne çıkacak
Yiğit Durak, Texprocess 2022 fuarında sergileyecekleri ürünlerin detayları hakkında şu bilgileri verdi; “Oldukça geniş bir dikiş ve nakış iplikleri portföyüne sahibiz. Giyimden ev tekstillerine, ayakkabıdan teknik uygulamalara kadar birçok farklı uygulama alanları için ideal ipliklere sahibiz. Texprocess’in teknik tekstiller fuarı Techtextil ve ev tekstilleri fuarı Heimtextil fuarları ile birlikte aynı alanda ve eşzamanlı olarak organize edildiğini göz önünde bulundurarak, özellikle teknik tekstillere dönük ipliklerimizi ön plana çıkardığımızı söyleyebilirim. Fonksiyonellikleriyle ön plana çıkan, geç tutuşan, kesilme ve kopmaya dirençli ipliklerimizin büyük ilgi görmesini bekliyoruz. Fuarda dikiş ve nakış ipliklerinin kullanılabileceği bütün sektörlerin hedefleri arasında bulunduğunu belirten Durak; verimlilik, kalite ve katma değer odaklı üreticilerle yeni iş birlikleri geliştirmeye öncelik verdiklerini kaydetti. Durak; “Teknik ipliklerimiz için oldukça geniş bir pazar bulunuyor. Örneğin son dönemde ciddi görüşmeler gerçekleştirdiğimiz iş güvenliği sektöründen üreticilerle Texprocess’te de buluşmayı planlıyoruz. Bunun yanı sıra, konfeksiyon, akıllı tekstiller, yatak ve spor ekipmanları endüstrilerinin yanı sıra, özel ihtiyaçlara yönelik üretim yapan işletmelere dikiş ve nakış ipliklerimizin teknik ve kalite avantajlarını göstereceğiz” dedi.
50 yıllık deneyimi ile Durak Tekstil ‘iplik’ten fazlasını üretiyor
Texprocess’in standart ürünlerin sergilendiği bir fuar olmaktan öte, tekstilde yenilik ve geliştirmelerin paylaşıldığı bir platform olduğunu belirten Yiğit Durak, fuar boyunca farklı iş kollarıyla görüşmek, yeni kullanım alanları keşfetmek ve AR-GE departmanının gücünü ispatlamak istediklerinin altını çizdi. Durak sözlerini şöyle sürdürdü; “Durak Tekstil 50. yılını kutlayan bir tekstil teknolojisi üreticisidir. Biz kendimizi sadece iplik üreticisi olarak nitelendirmiyoruz. Uygulamaya bağlı olarak yeri geldiğinde bir akıllı tekstilin parçası, yeri geldiğinde verimliliğin destekçisi veya istenildiğinde bir renk fabrikası oluyoruz. Tekstil pazarında ciddi bir değişim ve dönüşüm yaşandığını ifade eden Yiğit Durak, Avrupa pazarında yüksek hacimli üretimin olmadığını, ancak yüksek kalite ve güvenliğe önem veren bir bölge olduğunu anlattı. Durak; “Avrupa katma değerli ürünlere talebin olduğu, fonksiyonellik ve verimliliğin öne çıktığı bir pazar. Bu anlamda, teknik tekstillerde Avrupa çok iyi bir referans noktasıdır. Bu alandaki ipliklerimizle Avrupa pazarında yıllardır oldukça aktif ve güçlüyüz. Bu pazardaki başarımızı artırmak için Avusturya ve Polonya satış ofislerimiz üreticilerle yakın temas halinde çalışmalarını sürdürüyor. Marka bilinirliğimizi artırmak ve güvenilir bir üretim partneri olarak öne çıkmak bizim için çok önemli. Önümüzdeki dönemde de Avrupa bizim için önemli bir pazar olmaya devam edecek” dedi.

Durak Tekstil, one of the leading manufacturers of industrial sewing and embroidery threads, participates in the Texprocess 2022 textile processing and flexible materials trade fair, to be held in Frankfurt on June 21-24. Durak Tekstil will host its visitors in Hall 8.0 Stand G60 and will exhibit its new and best-selling threads in the market. Durak Tekstil’s 30 m2 stand at the trade fair, closely followed by the global textile industry, will turn into a lively business area with visuals, while highlighting the concept of sustainability at the same time. High-resistance sewing and embroidery threads, anti-static, water-repellent, flame retardant, UV-protected, cut resistant safe group threads, technical threads, and recycled polyester threads produced using 100% recycled raw materials are among the products to be exhibited. Durak Tekstil’s technical and recycled threads will be highlighted at the trade fair
Yiğit Durak shared the following information about the details of the products they will exhibit at Texprocess 2022; “We have an extensive portfolio of sewing and embroidery threads. We have ideal threads for various application areas, from clothing to home textiles, from footwear to technical applications. I can say that we will highlight our threads for technical textiles, in particular, considering that Texprocess is organized simultaneously with the technical textiles trade fair Techtextil and the home textiles trade fair Heimtextil. We expect our threads, which stand out with their functionality, flame retardance, and cut and break resistance, to attract great attention. In addition, we will exhibit threads for embroidery applications in vibrant colors, both with images and samples. We believe in making a difference to stand out from the competition. This will attract attention as well in the presentations of our products at the trade fair, for this reason.”
Durak stated that all sectors which can use sewing and embroidery threads are among their targets at the trade fair and noted that they prioritize developing new collaborations with manufacturers focused on efficiency, quality, and added value. Yiğit Durak remarked that there has been a serious change and transformation in the textile market and said that there is no high-volume production in the European market, but it is a region that attaches importance to high quality and safety. Durak disclosed; “Europe is a market where there is a demand for value-added products and where functionality and efficiency come to the fore. Europe is a very good reference point in technical textiles, in this context. We have been very active and strong in the European market for years with our threads in this segment. Our Austrian and Polish sales offices continue to work in close contact with the manufacturers to increase our success in this market. It is very important for us to increase brand awareness and stand out as a reliable production partner. Europe will continue to be an important market for us in the coming period.”
