Giyim endüstrisine özel tasarlanmış kumaşlar sağlayan My Fashion Fabrics, 2022 yılı sonlarında sürdürülebilir, tek adımda dijital doğrudan kumaş baskı için Kornit Presto S MAX sistemini kurdu.
2019 yılında kurulan Istanbul merkezli My Fashion Fabrics, pamuk baskısı seçeneklerinin kısıtlı olduğu için Kornit’e başvurdu. Diğer dijital sistemler oldukça yüksek maliyetle ve çoğunlukla müşteriye sevkiyattan önce yıkama, kurutma ve sanfor işlemleri gerektiren reaktif baskı makineleri ile çalışıyor. My Fashion Fabrics’den Yasin Güler, “Kornit ile herhangi bir ön işlem olmadan tek etapta baskıyı ve kurutma işlemini yapıyor sonrasında müşteriye sevkiyat yapıyoruz,” dedi ve “sıfır su kullanımı, sıfır baskı sonrası işlem – baskı sonrası doğrudan teslimat” olduğunu belirtti. My Fashion Fabrics, pamuk ve pamuk-sentetik karışım malzemeleri üzerine, poliviskon, viskoz ve modal malzemeler üzerine baskı yapıyor. Güler, Presto MAX teknolojisinin onlara renkli kumaşları beyaz dijital desenlerle süslemeyi mümkün kıldığını söylüyor. “Teslim tarihleri konusunda hiçbir sorunlarının olmadığını vurgulayan Güler, “Müşteri bize bir fotoğraf veya PDF dosyası gönderiyor ve müşteri gelmeden önce numuneyi basıp onları kapıda karşılıyoruz” dedi.
Şirket şu anda naylon ve poliamid lifiyle deney yapıyor ve Güler, bu denemenin My Fashion Fabrics için yeni fırsatlar oluşturacağına inanıyor. “Sentetik lif baskı işindeydik, ancak şimdi her şeyi basıyoruz – triko, raschel veya dokuma,” diye açıkladı. “SGS ve ITS raporları, haslık seviyesinin 4’ün üzerinde olduğunu kanıtlıyor ve dayanıklılık veya kalite sorunu yaşamıyoruz. Kornit’in teknik destek ekibi, onları çağırdığımızda mümkün olan en kısa sürede ziyaret ediyor, bize teknik detayları öğretiyor ve çevrimiçi bağlantı aracılığıyla herhangi bir sorunu çözebilecek kapasiteye sahip olduklarını kanıtlıyorlar.”
My Fashion Fabrics, müşterilerinden oldukca olumlu tepkiler aldığını paylaşıyor ve özellikle bir müşteriyi örnek gosteriyor; bahsi geçen müşteri 300 metrelik bir ön numune alıp kalitesi nedeniyle ikinci partide 15.000 metre daha sipariş verdi. “Güler, Kornit’in işlerine değer kattığını ve çok memnun olduklarını söylüyor.

Provides custom-decorated fabrics to the garment industry My Fashion Fabrics, installed the Kornit Presto S MAX system for sustainable, single-step, digital direct-to-fabric decoration on demand in late 2022.
Founded in 2019, Turkey-based My Fashion Fabrics, looked to Kornit because their options for imprinting cotton were lacking; other digital systems operated at an exceptionally high cost, and most were reactive printers that required post-treatments – washing, stentering, and sanforizing before shipment to the customer. “What we do with Kornit is preparations before printing, drying, and shipping to the customer,” said Yasin Guler at My Fashion Fabrics, noting there was “zero water usage, zero post-printing processes – direct delivery after printing.”
My Fashion Fabrics prints on both cotton and cotton-synthetic blend materials, including polyviscose, viscose, and modal materials. Guler has found Presto MAX technology makes it possible for them to decorate colored fabrics with white digital impressions. “We have no problems with deadlines,” he said. “The customer sends us a photo or PDF file, and before the customer arrives we print the sample and welcome them with the sample at the door.”
The company is currently experimenting with nylon and polyamide fiber, which Guler believes will create new opportunities for My Fashion Fabrics. “We used to be in the synthetic fiber printing business, but now we print on everything – knitted, raschel, or woven,” he said. “SGS and ITS reports prove the fastness level is above 4, and we don’t have any problems with fastness or quality. Kornit’s tech support visits as quickly as possible when we call, they teach us the technical details, and they’ve proven they have the capacity to solve any issues via online connection, as well.”
My Fashion Fabric has found customers consistently receptive to their finished product, with Guler citing one customer in particular who received a 300-meter preliminary sample and proceeded to order another 15,000 meters on the basis of its quality. “Kornit added to our value,” he said. “We are very satisfied.”
