Taşıdığı misyona uygun olarak DTG (Giysi üzerine direkt baskı) DTF (Kumaş üzerine direkt baskı) dijital baskı makineleri ve mürekkepleri üreticisi Kornit Dijital’in Türkiye Distribütörü olarak tekstil sektöründe yerini almıştır. Matset Satış Müdürü Burak Kaftanoğlu, Kornit tarafından geliştirilen dijital baskıdaki yenilikler ve sektörle ilgili sorularımızı cevaplandırdı.
Mümessili olduğunuz Kornit ürünleri, tekstil sektörüne nasıl katkı sağlıyor?
“Kornit ürünleri tekstil sektörüne, üst düzey moda uygulamaları üstün, renk uyumu, genişletilmiş renk gamı, foto-gerçekçilik ve mükemmel el hissi sunmakta. Kornit tarafından geliştirilen MAX teknolojisi hakkında neler söylemek istersiniz?
“Kornit’in geliştirdiği MAX teknolojisi, giysi üzerine direkt baskıda en son yeniliktir. Yüksek perakende kalitesi ile üretim imkânı sunar, zorlu gereksinimleri ve her türlü pazar ihtiyacını karşılar. İsteğe bağlı üretim için çözümler sunan Kornit, MAX teknolojisi ile kullanıcılarının üretim çeşitliliklerini artırma imkânı sağlar. Kornit’in MAX sistemleri CO2 nötrdür ve çevresel ayak izinizi en aza indirir. Bunun yanısıra XDI teknolojisi ile daha önce hiç görülmemiş nakış (Embroidery) efekti, kullanıcılarını rakiplerine göre üstün kılar. Yüksek üretim hızında bile mükemmel beyaz ve renkli baskı için Eco-Rapid QFix, en yüksek standartları karşılayan dayanıklı baskılar için Eco-Rapid Intensifier ile yepyeni ve benzersiz bir teknolojidir.”
Dijital baskı sektöründeki son gelişmelerden bahseder misiniz?
“Sürdürülebilirlik dünyasında, kaynakların kullanımını asgariye indirmek artık tüm üreticiler için bir zorunluluktur. Tekstil sektöründe rotasyon baskı büyük miktarlarda su ve mürekkep tüketmekte. Dijital mürekkep püskürtme işlemi hem mürekkep hem de baskı teknolojisiyle daha yeşil, temiz bir ayak izi sunuyor. Üretici firmaların Ar-Ge çalışmaları da bu yöndedir.”
Virüsün hayatın akışını değiştirdiği bu günlerde iş hayatınızda karşılaştığınız sorunlar ve çözümleriniz neler oldu?
“COVID-19 pandemisi dünya üzerindeki tüm insanları pek çok yönden etkileyen bir salgındır. Koronavirüs salgını ile birlikte tekstil sektöründe de bir süre durdurulan üretim faaliyetleri hem iç piyasa hem de ihracat yapan üreticileri zor duruma soktu. Yurtdışında aşılama çalışmaları hız kazanırken artan talepler doğrultusunda üreticilerimiz tekrar yoğun üretimlere başladı. Bizler on-line toplantılarla iş ortaklarımızla iletişim kurarken tedarik sıkıntısı yaşanmaması için asgari sayıda çalışanımız ile eksiksiz tedarik sağlayabildik. Ülkemizde de gün geçtikçe artan aşılama çalışmaları sonucu umut ediyoruz ki eskisinden daha güzel günler hem ülkemizi hem de dünya insanlar için çok yakın.”
COVID-19 sonrası Türkiye’de ve dünyada sektörü nasıl bir gelecek bekliyor. Öngörüleriniz nelerdir?
“COVID-19 sonrasında yeni yaşam tarzı oluşmuştur. İnsanlar geçtiğimiz iki yılı kolay kolay unutmayacaktır. Virüs tüm dünyayı aynı anda etkiledi. Tüm dünya insanlarının ilk defa bir sorunu çözmek için birlikte çalıştıklarını gördük. Üretim kalitesi, fiyatlandırma ve üretim hızı ile dünyadaki rakiplerinin önüne geçen tekstil üreticilerimize verilen siparişler artmaya başladı. İlerleyen dönemlerde artan bir ihracat hacmine sahip olacağımıza inanıyorum.”
Koronavirüs şirketlerin çalışma koşullarını nasıl etkiledi? Firma olarak nasıl bir yol haritası izlemektesiniz?
“Koronavirüs şirketlerin alışılagelmiş çalışma şartlarında değişiklik yapmasına neden oldu. Bizler de yeni normalleşme sürecine uyum sağladık. Matset çalışanları ve aileleri pandemi sürecini sağlıklı geçirmekte. Geçtiğimiz yılların aynı dönemleri ile karşılaştırdığımızda pandemiye rağmen artan bir başarı grafiğine sahibiz.”

Could you tell us about the latest developments in the digital printing industry?
In the world of sustainability, minimizing the use of resources is now a must for all manufacturers. Rotary screen printing in textile consumes large amounts of water and ink. The digital inkjet process offers a greener, cleaner footprint with both ink and printing technology. R&D studies of manufacturers are also in this direction.”
What were the problems and solutions you faced in your business life these days when the virus changed the flow of life?
“The COVID-19 pandemic is an epidemic that affects all people around the world in many ways. With the coronavirus epidemic, the production activities in the textile sector, which were stopped for a while, put both the domestic market and exporting manufacturers in a difficult situation. While vaccination efforts abroad gained momentum, our textile manufacturers started intensive production again. While we were communicating with our business partners through on-line meetings, we were able to provide supply with a minimum number of employees in order to avoid supply problems. As a result of increasing vaccination in our country, we hope that better days than before are very close for both our country and the people of the world.”
What kind of future awaits the sector in Turkey and in the world after COVID-19 ? What are your predictions?
“A new lifestyle has emerged after COVID-19. People will not easily forget the last two years. The virus has affected the whole world at the same time. We have seen all the people of the world working together to solve the same problem for the first time. The orders given to our textile manufacturers, which are ahead of their competitors in the world with their production quality, pricing and production speed, started to increase. I believe that we will have an increasing export volume in the coming periods.”
How has the coronavirus affected the working conditions of companies? What kind of roadmap do you follow as a company?
“The coronavirus has caused companies to change their usual working conditions. We have also adapted to the new normalization . Matset employees and their families are going through the pandemic process healthy. When we compare it with the same periods of previous years, we have an increasing success rate despite the pandemic.”
